When are you available to perform service on our C-arm?
Typically, we can respond the same day you call. We also can schedule the service call for a day and time convenient to you and your facility.
What are your billing terms?
We can bill you for service performed with NET 30 terms. If you choose to pay within 10 days we offer a 10% discount on the invoice.
What warranty do you provide for your repair work?
We provide a one-year parts and labor warranty for all work we perform. There are exceptions; damage or misuse, natural disasters and other uncontrollable/unforeseen events – force majeure… We may also include some special exceptions in our service report(s).
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we carry full liability insurance for our business and vehicles.

Where are you located, what parts of Texas do you provide service?
We are based in San Antonio and typically perform service in Central/Southern Texas. We regularly perform service in San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and Larado. We will perform services outside this area on an as needed basis.

Do you work on any other type of equipment?
Our name says it best Just C-arms. We find it important to specialize, which makes it easier to provide a higher level of quality of service.
What type of C-arms do you repair?
We specialize in GE-OEC C-arms but perform service on all manufactures C-arms both full size and mini C-arms. This includes, GE-OEC, Philips, Siemens, Fluoroscan, Orthoscan and many more.
What do you charge for a preventive maintenance?
We charge a flat rate of $750 for full size C-arms and $450 for mini C-arms. However, if you have multiple C-arms we do provide a discount for each system.
